The Model 23 Function Generator has a frequency range of 10mHz to 12 MHz in continuous, triggered, and gated modes. The model 23 has an output level of 10mV to 20V peak to peak. The frequency range at the TTL and ECL outputs extends to 32MHz, and the synthesized mode has four digits of frequency resolution with .005% accuracy. Inputs are provided for external frequency and amplitude modulation. Parameters are selected by front panel keys, and numeric values are incremented or decremented with the rotary encoder knob. All parameters are displayed on an LCD display.
