This is how the site earns money, if you are unsure:
- Person A signs up to website for a Nintendo Wii.
- Person A signs up to one of the many offers listed. This might be something like WilliamHill.
- Person A then has to refer a number of friends dependent on the site, for arguments sake, let's say they need to refer 9 friends.
- Person B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I and J sign up under Person A and also complete WilliamHill offer.
= 1 (Person A) 9 (Friends) * 25 = 250.
- From commission earned site owner then pays out for the 'Free Gift'.
- Point of note: these sites are profitable for the very reason that only 15% of the people that ever sign up reach payout. Many people get bored, run out of friends, or just give up. Therefore you make a return off of every person that signs up and completes an offer, but doesn't necessarily complete their account.
