Up for sale is this 2010 very nice Hot Dog Cart. This is your chance to get a BRAND NEW stand at a used price. Never been used. Just off the assembly line. Everything is new. The cart is solid and built to last. the stainless steel is 304 dull mill finish 18 gauge, which makes it hard to dent and easy to clean. It is light and very easy to maneuver (two handle bars). Tried, Tested and Approved by our Vendors for Practicality and Total Satisfaction.

The grill and the steam table run on propane, which is stored neatly and easily-accessible behind a door with a safety latch in its own propane compartment. It holds two twenty-pound tanks (not included), so you will never run out.
The cart rests on a DOT approved heavy duty trailer (title available) with baked enamel finish. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it at freeway speeds with safety. The tires size is 4.8 x 8 standard. It is also available size 4.8 x 12 (optional).
The towing bar hitch is removable (great feature, looks better and you can walk around the trailer without having to jump over it) and is equipped with a 1 7/8 ball coupler with two safety chains. It is also available size 2 ball coupler (optional).
The lights are tail, stop, signals and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.
The grill is a double rack 55000 BTU with plenty of cooking space. The drip tray is below the barbecue and sufficient to hold grease for months, so you won t have to clean it everyday. Please know that people prefer grilled hot dogs and sausages rather than steamed. Smoke sells.
The steam table can accommodate various size pots and lids. You can use the steamer for the buns, the chili and the sauerkraut. You can also steam your hot dogs. It has its own burner and shut off valve. The stainless steel pans and lids (1 spillage pan, 1 perforated half pan, two quarters and a separator) are included and easily removable for cleaning. Also NSF approved and listed.
The cart in the picture has four sinks with hot and cold water. A 5 gallon clear water tank and a 7 gallon disposed water tank. If you need sinks, you will have to add the cost of the sinks to the final value of the sale. Otherwise, the cart won't have sinks. One sinks is 240 dollars, 2 sinks are 260 dollars, three sinks are 280 dollars and four sinks are 300 dollars.
The stow-case has two levels and is sealed (so you don't need to remove anything in case of rain). Its upper-level stow case allows you to keep 30 bags (a total of 360 units) of your fresh buns behind two sliding doors. The lower-level shelf is the perfect place to keep extra foil, napkins, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. It also has two sliding doors with handles.
The lower storage compartment is located under the counter to the left of the vendor s position. It can fit 8 cases of sodas (24 cans each, 192 total units). It has its own door with a safety latch.
The meat compartment is an icebox with a hinged lid and plenty of capacity to keep your products cold or frozen.
The 9 feet market umbrella could be green or navy blue (your choice). The umbrella holder is in the center of the cart, which gives you perfect shade. No need to clean and it is much cheaper and faster to replace. 9 years of experience selling hot dogs will tell you that a vinyl umbrella needs to be clean with a brush and soap in an open space once a week from the dust and the grease.
What you will love about this stand the most is that you won't need to carry the meat, the extra sodas, trash containers, buns or propane tanks in you vehicle. Everything fits in the cart. You just hook the trailer and go. When you get to your vending location everything you need is already in the stand. And at the end of the day, when you leave there is not loading. This is a very practical and good looking hot dog cart.
