6 Blue Marans Cross Hatching Eggs
In my blue pen I have three Blue Marans with a Black Copper Marnas rooster. The hens lay all different shades of eggs from light to about a 5 at times. The hens were hatched from dark brown #6 eggs. The hens do not lay real dark but the rooster should take care of that for the chicks that hatch.
The chicks that hatch out will be pure marans but the color of them will vary. The colors should go from straight blue, to shades of blue to blue with some coppering to straight black to black with coppering. Chicks are what I hatched out and a Pict. I do not currently have a picture of my roo.
