The tractor was purchased in 2002 by a friend and used very lightly for residential yard work. I purchased the machine in March of 2007 and used it for the same purpose. The tractor has virtually all new hydraulic hoses, replaced last season and the season prior.
Since I have owned the machine it has always been garaged. The machine had an oil change at 300 hours and has been maintained per the service manual. The mower was added to the tractor in 2005. The tractor has some scuffs and scratches (primarily to the loader) from normal use, but overall the machine is great condition.
