I purchased these from a police department several months ago and was told that they are all in perfect working condition. I was told that most of them were never used in the field and only two of them were used for one day and then were put in the closet. I would rate most of them a 9.5 out of 10. Please look at the pictures to decide for yourself. The cradle charger in the picture is not included, but will be listed in a seperate listing. These retail for just under $3000 US.
