Motorola mvme 162-010A embedded controller/vme cpu/sbc

Motorola MVME 162-010A Embedded Controller/VME CPU
For sale- a Motorola MVME 162-010A Embedded Controller/VME CPU board. I found a site listing the specs of the various flavors of the 162 controller, and according to that the 010A variant has a 25MHz MC68040 processor and 4MB, RAM I would suppose. But I don t know that to be accurate. I see similar boards referred to as Single Board Computers (SBC), but I am not sure that is applicable in the realm of VME.
LET ME POINT OUT, if you can t see it in the picture, this board seems to have a number of daughterboards attached. There are four Condor Engineering IP-429TX-8 boards, whatever they are, plus another board in the middle that I don t see any identification to speak of on it. I don t know if these boards make the underlying Motorola board more or less valuable, and I don t know whether you can remove these boards to get back to the base 162-010A or not.
I have two other boards that are basically identical to this one, but they only have Condor Engineering logos on them, so I am selling them separately as just that, Condor Engineering VME boards. All three have a Motorola processor visible dead center, identified as an MC68LC040RC25. That would tend to support the earlier processor identification and clock speed I would think. So probably the same underlying Motorola VME chassis embellished to suit a particular application.
Please check out my other listings for more interesting lab, test, and optical equipment. Check back often!
