The radio powers up and appears to work fine. It is unprogrammed, so I am unable to test it beyond that. It is a 900mhz radio and operates on the 896-902, 935-941MHz frequency ranges.
It comes with a used Battery , an antenna, belt clip, and drop in charger with wall plug.
