Available for Sale is a custom made Silver Antimony Telluride Sputtering Target.
The composition is a 99.99% pure alloy of Ag/Sb/Te 1/1/1 Atomic%.
The Target dimensions are 3" x 0.125".
Our target comes Bonded to an .125" thick Copper backing plate with a Mighty MAK magnetic keeper.
Overall the thickness is approximately 0.25" thick.
A Certificate of analysis provided upon request.
