Used, Wolf Regency 60" Griddle, model RMG-60-C.
This unit has been tested and works great. Needs some cleaning and polishing.
It is not dented, does have rear on it from previous use.
Manually controlled gas griddle, Wolf model RMG-60-C. Stainless steel front and sides. 4" adjustable chrome plated legs. 60"W x 24"D by 1" thick highly polished steel griddle plate. 4-1/2"high stainless steel back splash. Side splash tapers forward to 1". 3-1/2" wide stainless steel front grease trough drains into large capacity grease collector. One 30,000 BTU/hr. burner and one infinite heat control valve per 12" of griddle width. Standing pilot ignition system. 3/4" near gas pressure regulator.
Exterior dimensions: 60"W x 31-3/8"D x 12-3/4" working height on 4" legs.

* 3/4" rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator.
1. A gas pressure regulator sized for this unit. Natural Gas 5.0"W.C. Propane Gas 10.0"W.C.
2. Gas line connecting to appliance must be 3/4" diameter or larger. If flexible connectors are used, the inside diameter must be the same as the 3/4" iron pipe.
3. An adequate ventilation system is required for commercial cooking equipment. Information may be obtained by writting to the National Fire Protection Association, 1 Batterymarch Park, Quincy, MA 02269, www.NFPA.org When writting, refer to NFPA No. 96.
4. These units are manufactured for installation in accordance with ANSZ223.1A (latest edition), National Fuel Gas Code. Copies may be obtained from Tha American Gas Association, 400 N Capital St. NW, Washington, DC 20001, or www.AGA.org
