This is a lot of 10 New Motorola Spectra/Syntor Mounting Kits (HLN4921A) in the original bags. They are used to mount 9000 style control heads.
This is referred to as a quick release side mount accessory, and is designed to allow you to mount the radio on or under the dashboard of a car.
We opened one kit for the purpose of taking photographs. The other kits are new and are still sealed in their original plastic bags.
