This unit powers on and gets a readout on the display but that is as far as I know how to test this. This comes with a Cushman part number 2740-0005 200 Hz-100 KHz Attenuator Buffer and a part from Trowpeter electronic with a part number of 1000-0376. There is a sticker on this that shows a calibration date of 2001 so I am sure that this is overdue for calibration. This unit has some scratches and scuffs. In the third picture you can see that the switch is missing a knob on the end but it works fine without it. In the last picture you can see that a piece of the knob on the handle has cracked off. Everything that is included is shown in the pictures.
