According to the operators and foreman this spindle has never been crashed. The operating personel have been employeed at this company since the machine was in-service. The way covers are in good condition and show normal wear. There is no significant damage or abuse to the machine or to the body of the machine; a few minor scrapes and dents which is considered normal wear/tear. The Lexan is fair to poor as far as visibility is concerned; fairly clear in some spots, cloudy in others, but all is intact. Equipped with 4 fluorescent light fixtures in machining area for added machining visibility. An installed Niagra flood coolant system accompanies the spindle face coolant. The machine includes the Belt-type chip conveyor. As of the begining of October the machine has spindle hours of 72,769 and is operating well. While we have not personally seen this machine under power, a trusted party has seen this machine under power and running. There are two almost identical machines available.
