No warranty comes with this pump.
Bolt hole are 4" radius or 8" diameter standard vertical engine mounting flange. Should work on any Honda, Tecumseh, Briggs vertical engine (4-5hp works the best).
I have a bolt hole pattern that I would be happy to email you to see if the bolts line up to your engine.
