You are looking at a Technical Concepts Auto Flush Valve. This item has models numbers shown below as I am not sure exactly the model as Chrome or Metal. Links to manufacturer websites are there too. This is a side mount or clamp model for urinal use. It is in full working order as I cracked the plastic clamp during assembly and all it needs is an new one or if you have one would be a great replacement for this has only test use on it. The clamp is missing as seen in picture. It has a few scratches on it but are not very obvious. Let me know if you have any questions or need more pictures. Thanks and have a great day!
Update: I did indeed find the clamp for this Flush Valve. It is broken on both screw holes but could be easily fixed with epoxy and could be functional. Let me know if you would like pictures. Thanks again.
