Hollymatic Super 54 Patty Forming Machine with Conveyor
This type of patty machine is an industry favorite for producing high quality patties, which can be up to 8 oz. in weight and between 3/16" and 3/4" thick. It can produce up to 2100 patties an hour, while still maintaining strict portion control. The plastic feed tray is easily removable for quick cleanup, and features an interlocked guard for extra safety. It also has the side notch automatic paper feed system, which can help increase production capability.
There is a model 300 conveyor belt on the front, with a 6" wide belt. It features a built in digital counter to help ensure accurate patty stacking. This unit is also on a wheeled cart for easy transport around the kitchen.
