The Bill Acceptor has been upgraded to a Mars 2000 Series Bill Validator and has a 6 month warranty of the validator only!
It is an older machine but it was recently upgraded with new paint and a tough skin face (about a year ago) as well as a Mars 2000 Series validator.
It has some glitches. We are NOT fixing it. Here are the glitches:
The main door sags so we installed a hasp which means to you must padlock the unit in order for it to be securely shut
The draws are loose which means when you pull the draws out (not all of them) they can actually collapse downward if not handled caustiously. It seems that the candy draws are the main problem, probably because of the weight of all the heavier product.
Another good and important feature for this machine is it has a removable upper and lower panel for delivering into small doorways! I wish they all came like that don't you!
Please keep in mind that this just came out of service this week so it has been contiunually working in a Medium- volume account. It's a decent machine for a low to medium volume account. We value this machine at $1,250.00 in it's present condition.
