PanelView e terminals are panel mount VGA color pixel graphic display devices with keypad or touch screen operator input choices. These 10.4-inch flat panel terminals come standard with Data Highway Plus and Remote I/O communication ports. ControlNet is available as an option. All terminals have AC power requirements.
PanelView e terminals support Data Highway Plus, Remote I/O, and ControlNet communication. The tag-based DH+ interface supports unsolicited messages and eleven scan classes for efficient network use. The Remote I/O interface is also tag based and has a listen-only option. Up to 64 racks and 64 block transfers, containing up to 64 words each, allow the transfer of more data than PanelView Standard. The ControlNet interface combines high-speed capabilities of Remote I/O and multiple PanelView/PLC connectivity of DH+ communication in a high-performance open systems network architecture.
