This thin metal cutter is only for the use in cutting unhardened ferrous material (such as electric cable pipe / conduit, water pipe, air pipe, angle steel, C channel, hanger rail, rain gutter, threaded rod ect) of which the thickness is 0.2 mm (1/64") - 2.0 mm (5/64"). Use on thinner or thicker materials, or on stainless steel, will result in a rough cut and could increase the risk of kick back or other injury.
