We have tested this item, and while were unable to test signal input/output, everything we were able to test worked flawlessly. We were able to navigate all menus with no trouble. We were able to cause the chart to feed at all available rates (1, 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, mm/s, mm/mn, mm/h).
While feeding, the thermal printer printed the grid (of which there are 5 pattern presets, all of which worked) as well as the value for each channel (a straight line since we had no input) and the channel scale settings, the feed rate, and the present time and date (which we had to program). We were also able to program periodic text, which displays with the time and date, ident text to display with the channel settings (we only tested on one channel). We were able to program on the fly text, but could not find the means by which to trigger it to be printed.
This unit is equipped with a CPU card and one AP800 card. We see no reason that this unit should not be fully functional. However, since we are unable to test certain features such as Input or Output, we cannot guarantee them to work.
This unit presently has 391 inches of paper installed.
