Automatic feeding is effected by an electrohydraulicfour column lifting table. The lifting table is equipped with a lengthwisedriven roller conveyor. The infeed of singleor books of panels is program-controlled automatically effected by two independent operating micro-infeed units+ Maximum efficiency of cut-to-size byautomatic feeding of panels (time optimizedfeeding resulting in minimum cost) .+ The design of the heavy-duty four-columnsallows the lifting platform to be easilyadjusted to the perfect horizontal feedingheight. Consequently feeding of thin panelsis also possible.+ Automatic height control by the machinecontrol CADmatic.+ No idle time during infeed because the microinfeedunits are mounted at the program fencedirectly in front of the clamps. Thus noreverse operation of the program fencerequired.+ For the precise measuring of the infeedheight the micro-infeed units are equippedwith a non-contact magnetic linear measuringsystem.+ The lifting platform is designed with twostandard cut-outs for feeding or unloadingby fork lift.+ Precise automatic cross alignment of singleor books of panels after the infeed cycle andprior cutting by automatic cross alignmentunits.+ The entire lifting table with infeed completelymaintenance-free without lubrication.2. Rear machine tablePerfect positioning of single or books ofpanels is effected on the rear machine tableequipped with high-quality Combiprofile rollerrails. Two automatic alignment units in frontof the cutting line.+ Cross-alignment prior cutting to prevent offsetpanels within a book.+ Automatic friction-free transport also forpanels with sensitive surfaces.3. Program fenceUpon separation off the remaining stack by thetwo CNC Holzma micro infeed units the openclamps take the book of panels over withoutidle time. After careful cross alignmentagainst automatic alignment cylinders clampsare closed and the book is perfectly positionedfor the first trim cut over the cutting line.+ The center position of the servo AC drivingmotor guarantees an equal power distributionto either side of the precision rack andpinion driving units. Thus an absolutelyparallel run of the program fence is guaranteed.+ The active Holzma safety system guaranteesmaximum security in accordance with all E.C.safety regulations without any fences aroundthe rear machine table.4. Measuring systemThe measuring system of the program fence isa non-contact electro-magnetic systemcompletely maintenance-free. Positioningaccuracy of the program fence +/- 01 rom.+ The measuring system has been developed byHolzma and is completely without mechanicalwear and tear.
