This slicer can slice all varieties of bread cleanly and quickly. It automatically holds the bread in place during slicing, helping to keep the user safe. Each blade is independently mounted under balanced tension, and the reciprocating action slices through the bread easily.
This "Safety Slicer" has blades set at 5/8". It has a capacity of 16" long by 10 1/2" wide, with a height capacity between 3 1/2" and 6". It is on a wheeled cart for easy transport around the kitchen or bakery.
