A: The Cassida 6600UV bill counter counts most types of money. That is, it counts bills measuring between 100mm x 50mm and 178mm x 77mm, and uses ultraviolet detection to detect the lack of presence of either ultraviolet inks or magnetic strips used in most currencies today.
* Q: Does this counter detect and count the value of each bill?
A: No. This counter, like most on the market, count the number of bills provided. Currency "discriminators" assess the value of each unit. Such discriminator units have strict patents in the United States and start at $1,795.
