This vacuum table represents a combination of highly efficient processing with top-class materials The cover plate consists of massive aluminium, the base plate from hard PVC. This makes for an extremely rigid sandwich construction that has many advantages.
Workpieces can be clamped by using additional clamping threads that one could not otherwise be clamped with a vacuum table. To do this, you can remove the suction nozzle from the clamping hole and an M6 thread is then freely available. After work has been completed, the suction nozzle can be screwed in again and the hole reset to its original position.
The ideal solution to clamp almost all materials that are processed by manual means on CNC machines or automatically.
