6 DIGIT 10 mm LED MULTI-MODE TOTALISING COUNTER WITH OPTIONAL BCD OUTPUT AND INTERNAL SCALING
This is a 6 digit totalising counter housed in a rugged steel case (DIN 43 700 48x96).
The front panel features a 10mm high LED display and sealed membrane with integral reset pushbutton.
Front sealing to IP65 is possible using the panel mounting gasket supplied.
Connections are made to the rear of the unit via plug-in finger proof screw terminals each accommodating two 2.5mm2 conductors.
The rear panel carries a 6 pole DIL switch for mode, input and decimal point selection.
The unit is AC mains powered and will operate from 230V or 115V at 50Hz or 60Hz.
Typical applications: piece part counting, length, position counting, production line.
PRE-SCALER: Adjustable for multiplication factors (Xn) of between 0.010 and 9.999.
Allows calibration of digital display in the required units.
With the pre-scaler set at unity or above the maximum count frequency is 250Hz for both uni-directional and bi-directional counting.
Below unity the following formula applies: Fmax=250/Xn or 1kHz whichever is the lower.
