Reconditioned means it was cleaned and painted and anything found to be wrong with the unit was replaced or repaired. A rebuilt unit would have a rebuilt or new motor, automatic transmission, all hydraulics, cylinders, pins and bushings plus clean and paint. The motor, automatic transmission, brakes, hydraulics, cylinders, pins and bushings on this particular unit were in good operating condition and not in need of any repair.
