* Surplus to the needs of a college. Unit powers up and seems to respond as buttons and dials are worked, but I am unable to test further due to lack of knowledge on my part. Any advice as to how to test this item would be appreciated. Several of the buttons have lost their covers or the covers are broken off, but in each case the button parts underneath still work fine. Aside from the buttons the unit has minor cosmetic marks, scratches, stickers and such from previous use.
