Each "one" of these has two carbon pieces with copper wires that are connected.
You can use these brushes to make the brushes you need. They were intended to be used on a locomotive motor or generator but are no longer used for that (to my knowledge.)
The longer of the two brushes is 2.750" long, the shorter one is 2.495" long. They are both 1.494" wide, and both are .497" thick. The copper wire is about .140" in diameter and about 4.340" long. I only measured one of these, I expect that the others are within a few thousands.
