This is a Temp-Controlled desoldering station, which is composed of: air pump part, heating part, transfer part and control part. Air pump part includes diaphragm pump and high power exectromotor. Heating part includes ceramic heater (temperature sensor) and soldering tip. Transfer part is made up of the gun, vacuum pipette and filter gauze. Control part is control PCB. While working, the electromoter drives air pump and make negative pressure to imbibe melted soldering tin into filter pipe, thereby it gets the goal of cleaning out soldering tin on the circuit board.
