This is the Prototype Transistor PCB and 2N5961 Transistor Design Kit. This kit is what you need to develop numerous different transistor circuits. It includes the extremely useful Prototype Transistor PCB, which was designed by us, and some of the very popular 2N5961, Low-Noise, High Gain Transistors in the standard leaded TO-92 package. You will also get a blank Prototype PCB with 162 holes, also designed by us, to expand your circuits.
With this kit, you can build transistor switches, amplifiers, buffers, level shifters, logic gates, emitter followers, and much more. The Prototype Transistor PCB has been developed so that different types of biasing can be used. This Prototype PCB can be used for NPN, PNP, FETs, MOSFETs, SCRs, and more. Simply populate the componets that you need.
You will also get different common values of 1/4 Watt, Carbon Film 5% Resistors, Ceramic & Aluminum & Tantalum Capacitors, Crystals, Signal & Power & Zener Diodes, Trimpots, LEDS, Resettable Fuses, an Electret Microphone, a miniature Speaker & some Electronic Hardware to interface your circuit to the outside world. There are NO SMT components in this selection; all components are Thru-Hole.
The Transistor Prototype PCB is 1.13" x 2.0" made of FR-4 material, 0.062", with all holes plated-thru. The Blank Perf-Board is 1.14" x 2.10" and it made of FR-4 material, 0.062", with 162 Plated Thru-Holes. There are enough different parts to build many different types of transistor circuits. Search the web for incredible circuits to build. The Datasheets and Application Notes for the Transistors, along with hundreds of others, are located at DATASHEETS.
