This is a Used VAT Mini UHV Gate Valve Actuator model: 01032-KE44-0005. This is a gate valve featuring a modular actuator and is used often in the inner workings of semi-conductor process systems. It is also lubricant free. This item was pulled from a working environment but has not been tested by us. Cosmetically, it is in fair condition. There is a broken female connector sleeve on the side of the unit as photos show. The posts are still intact but the unit cannot be properly tightened. The photos are of the actual item for sale.
