it does work fine..shows some light surface rust in spots but not too affect the usage..metal label is also worn and missing a corner, also doesn't hurt the usage..about 9 1/2" tall and 1 1/2 x 2" base..still usable condition..
comes with the collar, also shows light surface rust, alot of this should clean up..
