PIEZO DISCS - Lot of 20. Piezo elements respond to mechanical stress by generating a small voltage so these can be used as mechanical strain sensors. One application would be a glass breakage detector.
When an alternating voltage in the audible frequency range is applied to a Piezo disk, it will vibrate at that frequency generating an audible sound.
Thus the Piezo disk can be used both as a sensor, and as an audible generator.
