Easily calculate sealcoat usage for 1st and 2nd coats, square footage, striping costs, sand usage, polymer or additive usage, water usage, material displacement in your tank, labor costs, oil spot primer usage, and crack seal materials needed. Take a look at the pictures and you will get a better idea of what this tool can do. For example: When you enter the average crack depth, width and length, it figures the approx. amount of material you will use, the cost, the number of boxes of material, and adds it all to your over head cost. For adding a polymer, you enter the percentage added to the mix and the cost, and it figures the total amount you'll need. It does the same for adding water and sand to your mix. It combines all of this info into one easy to use page, and adds it all to your quote.
Pop up notes appear in areas to help explain what you are entering.
You'll get a summary of all materials and overhead needed to complete the job (Sealcoat needed, sand needed, water needed, polymer needed, oil spot primer needed, crack sealant needed). A custom slot figures how many of your sealcoat tanks you will need based on your tank size. Other features include a calculator to figure the number of hours needed to complete the job. You'll get a summary of ALL OVERHEAD needed for the job based on YOUR material costs and other costs. This program automatically calculates your Striping Costs, Patching Costs and Other costs and calculates everything down to the penny. You will get a gross profit and a gross profit margin percentage based on all aspects of your job.
There is even a page that calculates square footage of multiple square/rectangular areas, cirlces and triangles. This helps to figure the square footage from your field notes.
