You are looking at the picture backwards - from the print side of the transfer. When applied, the Pelican would be facing left.
Much more shaded detail on finished picture.You see the bottom, white layer.
To fit the picture on my scanner screen, I did not scan the outside edges, which are more sailboats, water & clouds.
