The Stanley Process Controller is compatible with all Stanley Hydraulic Pulse transducerized tools. Works with this tool EITP. One controller runs most size of tools, regardless of torque and drive size making it easy to standardize on one unit throughout the assembly line.
- Auto CAL CORRECT to enable calibration to your torque standard without guesswork
- Two-step tightening for multi-fastener patterns
- DOWNSHIFT feature allows high speed run-down with shift to slow speed final pulsing for accurate control
- DOWNSHIFT can also be programmed to control torque overshoot by running at reduced RPM until reaching threshold torque. Call it an electronic governor.
- JOINT CONDITIONING provides additional pulsing AFTER reaching torque to insure against torque relaxation. Select both # of pulses and PSI level.
- MIN & MAX Pulse COUNT gives error-proofing to detect cross threads strip-outs, slip-off or premature throttle release.
