With the CO2 Keg Tap you can use CO2 as the propellant to draft your favorite beverage. The CO2 is beverage quality 99.97% pure. Once the tap is attached to the keg, all that is required is installing a CO2 cylinder, then you can begin pouring immediately. You set the pressure using the built in adjustment knob so you control the foamy head naturally, the way the brewery intended. It takes one cylinder to dispense a full 1/4 barrel and, therefore, two cylinders to dispense a full 1/2 barrel.
