This cutter is in fine working condition. It was used by a National manufacturer until they ceased operations and was working fine at that time. Three of the cutting heads are just fine. Two of the other heads just need cutting wheels, and the 6th needs a bit more. One of the brass fittings on the rail that comes from the gauges is broken so that will need to be replaced. Other than those rather minor maintenance concerns this is a very fine unit and will be ready to work once those are attended to. I believe that the company bought it new in the mid 80's- not sure of the exact date but the blueprints from Billco are dated in 1981 so it is certainly newer than that.

* Returns are accepted for ANY reason as long as you notify us within 2 days of receipt and the product arrives back at our location within a week of your receipt. NO returns will be granted on ANY NEW merchandise that is NOT defective.
* If you plan to return an item let us know and we will provide you with an RMA number
* Beyond the above time frame please contact the respective manufacturer's technical support.
* It is the client's responsibility to return the item to us; we will cover the cost to send a replacement if one is available.
