We are offering self-contained Ultra Filtration Fan Units (UFFU) designed to be installed in a clean room ceiling, and supplied complete with the DC fan, onboard DC controller, power and control connection block, and the replaceable HEPA filter cell already installed. M+W Zander is a German company with US operations, and are one of the premium manufacturers of this type of clean room equipment. New, these filters list for over a thousand dollars each. These were purchased for a large optical laser manufacturing facility which was cancelled before completion.
The filter housing is of aluminum and stainless steel construction with a DC motor and onboard motor controller allowing variable speed operation and the ability to operate individual filters, or clusters of filters, in a zone to control localized conditions. The master digital control system is not included but is available elsewhere or one could be fabricated. Replacement filter cells are available from the manufacturer.
While these are designed as clean room filters, other HEPA requirements could be met with an alternate mounting. The units are a standard size of 1200mm x 1200mm ( 4 x 4 ). The sale is for the UFFU s as shown only, without grilles or other mountings. We do have several crates of clips and connectors, which will be supplied for larger (50+ unit) orders.
Filters are sealed in the original factory packaging and are packaged five units each on wood skids for transport. The filters are in new condition, and ready to install. We have a total of 600+ units available, so you could supply a very large facility with top-quality filtration and save close to a half a million dollars doing it. Sales are for multiples of five filters (as now packaged on a skid) only, FOB. Inspections can be made at the Hudson, NH storage facility with adequate notice.
