From what I understand, these Pincor Generators are no longer around, but were decent units in their day. I bought this unit for backup use at my home because we have lost electricity for years every time it stormed, but decided to go with a smaller unit and just power up the essentials when necessary. I would not hesitate for a minute to put this unit back into service, though, because the gentleman I purchased it from is a well-respected local contractor and he assured me that it was meticulously maintained and worked like a champ.
I do want to make space in my barn, and have this thing priced to sell, but don't want to "give it away." So, if you're looking for a big, heavy, dependable old generator in need of only a little mechanical savvy to get running, give this one some consideration.
