This is new and in great condition. I think this is an older unit because it has the old part number on it. The FSBR-015 part number is the new number which I found on the internet. The actual number on this unit is 1904-0040. This is a 120VAC unit. There is also another number on this unit which I could not find on the Internet, it is 6000-9970 rev C. The static torque on this unit is 15 in/lbs and the bore is 0.375 .
