Ro system 9000 to 12,000 gallons/day industrial use

This unit is the Clean Water Products CWP 400. This is one of the larger units in a line of systems developed by hydrologist C. Brent Cluff, PhD. The CWP 400 produces water at the rate of 9,000 to 12,000 gallons per day. This machine could be use to: * start a water store * be the common source for a dozen homes, a hotel, resort, apartment complex or greenhouse or truck farm. * clean water for bottled water sales, car wash or other industrial processes
The CWP 400 uses four 4" by 40" membranes and a 1.5 HP pump to push water at 160 PSI, causing a separation of water molecules from other larger molecules, including calcium and magnesium hardness, bacteria, viruses, floride, arsenic, and virtually all impurities owing to the simple process of reverse osmosis
The CWP 400 RO system is patented and employs unique anti-scaling technology features that enable it to run much longer than equipment offered by others because it will run much longer without fouling. Does not need to use a salt water softener as a pretreatment. Simple procedures enable operator to clean the unit using "bio-wash" and acid wash methods, easily, routinely and inexpensively when needed.
If you look at the bottom picture, you can see that the feed water to the unit hooks up by the bottom to a hose bib and then passes immediately through two 20" sediment pre-filters. This takes out the suspended solids and prepares the water for the RO treatment.
The water passes through a catalytic conditioner, anti-scaling device that keeps calcium and magnesium from fouling the equipment.
The product hose feeds your purified water tank and the unit has a female plug on the back that a float switch plugs into. In this manner, the CWP 400 serves as a slave to keeping a tank full of purified water. It is from this big tank that you draw, distribute and use the purified water for whatever purpose.
Testimonial: Three different 5 manufactured homes complexes in the Buckeye uses a patented slowsand filter combination with a CWP400 to supply their homes from a poor quality well. The well is virtually un-usable without treatment. The source of the water going to the well is municipal sewage effluent irrigated fields. The TDS is over 3000 ppm with hardness over 1500 ppm. The CWP 400 system is performing very well at all three locations. If the system will work at these locations it will work anywhere. The homeowners have been trained to perform the ocasional washing maintenance themselves. They end up paying much less for water than being connected to a municipal system. The water quality is much better than any municipal system in the Phoenix area provides. The CWP 400 can be used by developers to use land that currently has not domestic water supply! A slowsand filter kit can be purchased to eliminate clay and iron problems This makes it possible to treat surface water directly from a supply canal or lake. This kit adds $1800 to the price of a system.
