We have for sale a Tektronix TDS 540D Four Cannel Digitizing Phosphor Oscilloscope. This is an excellent unit with 500 MHz , 2GS/s and GPIB IEEE STD 488 port with 15 Pin VSA analog port on rear. The dimensions of the unit are (16 x 7 x 16 inches deep) and with the frame (19 x 7 x 20 inches deep) with a (5 x 4 ) inch screen and wt. of 32lbs. Powers up great, self check passed and is guaranteed to be a excellent working unit upon arrival. NOTE: That no cables or probes are included, they were only used to test the equipment.
