This pump belonged to my dad. Not sure if he even used much it because of his health. As you can see in the pictures, after 3 pushes on the mixed gas primer bulb it started right up. The suction hose and pump must be primed first. Its not self priming, a little bit of a hassle but you dont have to worry about replacing seals, etc, and less pump parts to wear out. Once primed it starts and works perfectly! I do not have the manual but it comes in the orginal box.
