This used to be a model 1100 Floor resistance test kit used in electronics manufacturing facilities. Unfortunately the weights have been lost and all we have is the meter and case. And the case has one (of 2) broken clasp. The meter works fine and will measure up to 999 GigaOhms using from 50 to 1200 volts DC. It will also inject a 1 or 10 ma signal and measure the resistance at that current. Uses 8 AA batteries.
