Stamped into one arm is "THROTTLE ARM BENDER New Britain ATL3" on the other arm is PAT. PEND. Made in USA" It seems to be made of cast iron and chrome plated or some finish that has kept it from tarnishing/rusting at all. In excellent condition. It looks as though it will bend 1/4" tubing not larger.
