This is a unique food cart, it has the ability to handle and cook hot food. It is propane fueled. The cart is self sufficient. Its own electric system, pressurized water, refrigeration, heated compartments, dry compartments, ice cold compartment, fountain drink system, hot beverage system, waste water system and trailer mounted.
It can dispense cold fountain drinks. It has a cold plate to cool the fountain drinks, a cup holder, and the ability to dispense hot drinks from a stainless steel thermos. Keep items warm in a separate controlled propane heated area with three glass enclosed areas, cold in another.
It has a large compartment with shelved spot for food ready items, has a refrigerated system with cold plates, an insulated area to keep ice, a compartment for the water storage, a separate compartment for two propane tanks with a new switch over system, a spot for a battery with an electric inverter for 110 power or 12 volt, a compartment for the storage of three types of fountain drinks, the CO2 tank and the regulators.
It has a large shelved area for the storage of food and supplies, a shelf that folds out on the cooker side, a waste water system, a dump valve for the waste water. The propane fired cooker has a pilot light system and a safety control, those folds out of the way into a special storage unit in the back with extra storage for a condiment hold and other items.
The unit is mounted on a new trailer system with 12" new tires a removable hitch, it has a 1-7/8 ball on the hitch and a four wire system on the lights.
It has an overhead awning system to cover and shade its operator, all the compartments are lighted for night time work, and this unit is constructed out of stainless steel for a life time of successful dispensing for food items. The overall system is 7 tall by 4 wide by 12 long.
It comes with a serving table, condiment holder, a condiment serving unit and a napkin holder.
I recently bought this food cart trailer, but decided to do another type of business so I'm putting it up for sale. Therefore, I never used it ever since I bought it. Local pick-up only in Fort Myers,Florida.
This food cart is a money maker especially when summer comes around.
