The 209A T-Carrier Analyzer is a portable and comprehensive test instrument for the installation and maintenance of T1 and T1C transmission systems.
The 209A was designed for central office testing and can be used for installation, acceptance testing, and troubleshooting.
The 209A can receive and generate test patterns during out-of-service testing or can monitor T1 or T1C circuits without interruption of service.
The 209A can also emulate network devices such as NIU's or CSU's
