We use elctro galvanized framing nails we feel this is a better protection over hot dip galvanized. why? becuase the problem with hot dip it is a coating, when hit with the framing nailer the driver chips off the hot dip coating which exposes the steel on the nails and causes bleeding over time. how do you know you have galvanized? The nails have a yellow tint to them.
