One Electrically Opening Latch.
This unit allows for a door/other to be latched and
by remote you cause the latch to open and allow
the door/other to open freely. When the door/other is
closed again it is latched securely until such time
as you wish it opened again at which point you
activate the solenoid and it opens the latch.
